Pat Perrino
PRESIDENT
Pat has been building and remodeling homes, as well as running a retail business in the Cleveland area for the past 30 years! He was also born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.
Passionate about building new homes and remodel projects for our clients', and to surpass their expectations.
Involved in NAHB 20 group to gather knowledge and improve his building company by traveling across the United States to other builders' locations to see what does and does not work in the construction business.
Pat's Mission is to create a home or space that family and friends can enjoy for the rest of their lives. Our projects will stand the test of time from strength, quality, and beauty with all of the energy star comforts to minimize their monthly costs while helping the environment! Pat is Green-certified in construction management.
Car enthusiast, specifically the Mustang and Camaro. Timeless styles with a modern twist, much like Pat’s approach to homebuilding.
Pat has won numerous awards from exterior to interior, best of home, and best remodel.
Acknowledged in Cleveland magazine, HomeTrend magazine, Builder Architect magazine, Fine lifestyle magazine, PlainDealer, News Harold, Jewish News , La-Gazetta and many awards from the HBA of Cleveland.
Loves to entertain and cook for family, grandchildren and friends, playing golf, boating, and eating in great restaurants.

INSIDE PROJECT MANAGER
With Perrino Builders since 1999.
Enjoys the diversity of the construction industry and working with homeowners & the trades to achieve a desired end result.
Donna enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with her boyfriend, and giving love to her pup, Megan.
Michael Fabriziana
PROJECT MANAGER
Starting at orientation with homeowners, overseeing scheduling, construction of the house through completion and transfer to homeowners.
Michael enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren on vacations, and loves weekend getaways with his wife.
Ron Puzzitello
PROJECT MANAGER
Ron has been involved in the home building business for close to 20 years. He has an extensive background in new home construction, additions and remodeling.
Ron enjoys spending his free time with family as well as cooking, being outdoors, recording music, and enjoying all that Cleveland has to offer.
Mark Gray
WARRANTY/QUALITY CONTROL
Mark has been in the residential trades for the past thirty years.
Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. There are no problems, just solutions.
Enjoys camping with his wife and rescue dog Bella, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Brian Perrino
PROJECT MANAGER
Customer satisfaction is Brian’s top priority.
Enjoys spending time with his wife and three girls.
Chase Coomer
WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
Chase manages incoming furniture and materials. Works with project managers getting things delivered to job sites in a timely manner.
Enjoys traveling with his girlfriend, going to Knicks, Jets and Mets games, and spending time with his children.

Works with the project managers to assist them as necessary to make projects run smoothly.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, playing with her high energy dog, visiting local wineries and supporting local musicians.
