Step 1.

Schedule an appointment and visit our 23,000 s.f. one-stop Design Center to view all standard options for your new home.

Step 2.

Discuss floor plans and exterior styles to narrow down your custom home design.

Step 3.

Tweak one of our existing floor plans and exteriors to your taste (or design from scratch). Discuss your budget and base price.

Step 4.

Discuss costs of options and custom features for your new home.

Step 5.

Get the complete price of your new custom home.

Step 6.

Go to Contract for lender approval, or put you in touch with a lender if needed for a construction loan which will turn into your mortgage. If self-pay, give you our simple 6 draw payment process.

Step 7.

After bank approval, we will take care of all city, state and HOA permits to begin construction of your new home.

Step 8.

Meet with our in-house designer to assist with home decorating ideas (using Pinterest/Houzz building boards) for helpful ideas to use in your home’s interior design.

Step 9.

Meet with your Project Manager to review your timeline and electronic schedule of the construction of your new home.

Step 10.

Scheduled meetings at your new home as it’s being built to keep you in the loop of progress, and answer any questions you may have during this time.
